“The Next Iron Chef” – Cooking Reality Show

With the Next Food Network Star ending a couple months ago, Gordon Ramsey picking his new apprentice and Top Chef is close to an end… along comes The Next Iron Chef.

The Next Iron Chef brings much promise. I am a huge fan of the original iron chef series along with the americanized version. Here’s hoping to the latest installment lives up to my expectations. The whole concept of not knowing (so they say) the main ingredient and creating dishes that are usually served at a 5 star restaurant is pretty unique and probably why the show works so well. The rumor on the street is that Mario Batali will no longer be on the show (I don’t believe they are showing Molto Mario on the food network anymore either) and the winner will take his place.
