It was passed on to me by my special lady friend wanting to show me “the amazing leaf icon”. I downloaded the product and at first spin it looks good, pretty amazing in fact. I could see this def being quite the grower. I have become accustom to a certain look on my desktop (window’s everywhere), perhaps this all in one solution with tidy the chaos that currently exists.

So each day we struggle with this battle of getting things done, but in only 8 hours (I wish it was just 8 hours). Many people have written books, blog posts or magazine articles about this topic, but one “Mann” in my opinion has done it the best.

Merlin Mann is the creator of and primary contributor for 43folders, a family of websites about personal productivity, “life hacks,” and simple ways to make your life a little better.

He has always been around the podcasting circuit (TWIT, MacBreak Weekly, and more) but now he has started his own, The Merlin Show.

What is “The Merlin Show?”

The Merlin Show is a video podcast featuring Merlin Mann, and produced by Merlin and his very talented friend, Ben Durbin, in association with Pixel Corps.

Calling The Merlin Show a “video podcast” is a fancy way to say it’s kind of like a short TV show you can watch over the internet, on a portable device (like your video iPod), or — if you have something like the Apple TV — you can enjoy the show right on your own regular television.

Three episodes are out now and they are fantastic.

001: Thirty Theoretically Productive frames per second

002: Interview: Jonathan Coulton

003: Interview: Jeffrey Veen

Merlin also brings a wealth of music knowledge, humor and other interesting tidbits to his content. I urge you to go visit and peruse his minimalistic yet awesome site 5ives, and also try and tune into some of the other podcasts he partakes in.

Oh and rumor has it, he is a huge Wrens fan ;)
